What form of payment do you accept?
We happily accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
What is your security on my credit card information?
Our shopping site uses Paypal, a global, trusted source for online payments which allows you to pay with either your Paypal account or with one of the 3 major credit cards we accept. Paypal use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment.
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship 24 - 72 hours after they are received. For express shipping please contact the studio. We can be reached Monday through Friday 9AM - 6PM CDT at (773) 576-8220.
What form of shipping do you use?
All
domestic orders over $50 are shipped via UPS, so please, no PO boxes. Orders under $50 and International orders ship via USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please contact us at studio@uusi.us for a shipping quote and shipping regulations.
What is your return policy?
Returns
are accepted within 10 days of the date of receipt and must be sent
back in the original packaging and condition. Please contact us at studio@uusi.us
for a return authorization and address. Unless damaged, shipping costs
are non-refundable and all costs for return shipments are the
responsibility of the customer. *All sales are final on one-of-a-kind artwork.
What happens if my order is damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of package arrival at studio@uusi.us or call us at (773) 576-8220 to file a damage claim. We will take care of all damages and get a new item out to you right away!
What is your privacy policy?
Uusi will never sell, rent, loan or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstances, including those who subscribe to our mailing list. The information we collect is used to process your order. We are committed to protecting our customers privacy.
What does “Uusi” mean?
Uusi is Finnish for “new”. You pronounce it “oosee”. You see?
