Handmade from reclaimed, old-growth redwood with a gilded, 24KT gold leaf bottom, our playing card display case is made using redwood selectively milled from boards that initially came from early 20th-century landmark water towers in Chicago. This 300+-year-old wood has striking grains that lend a sense of history and beauty to these functional forms making each one unique. This handsome case is designed to hold two standard, poker-size decks.
