What form of payment do you accept?
We happily accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
What is your security on my credit card information?
Our shopping site uses Paypal, a global, trusted source for online payments which allows you to pay with either your Paypal account or with one of the 3 major credit cards we accept. Paypal use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment.
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship 24 - 72 hours after they are received. For express shipping please contact the studio. We can be reached Monday through Friday 9AM - 6PM CDT at (773) 576-8220.
What form of shipping do you use?
All domestic orders ship via USPS (both domestic & international). Please contact the studio for a shipping quote if you would like your order to ship via UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note that when ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must also be borne by the recipient. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of the date of receipt and must be sent back in the original packaging and condition. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization and address. Unless damaged, shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from the return credit. *All sales are final on one-of-a-kind artwork and custom made items.
What happens if my order is damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of package arrival at email@example.com or call us at (773) 576-8220 to file a damage claim. We will take care of all damages and get a new item out to you right away!

What does “Uusi” mean?
Uusi is Finnish for “new”. You pronounce it “oosee”. You see?
