"The Hill" Limited Edition Woodcut Print

This woodcut imagery was taken from an early version of our "Judgment" card in our upcoming "Lux" tarot. The artwork had been cropped and hung on the wall in our studio to inspire our continued work on the final "Judgment" card. Long after the final artwork was resolved, this original artwork moved to the wall by our bed, and every night, it pulled me into its secretive world. Something more was hidden there that had yet to be revealed. 

Then, a few months ago, we discovered the podcast "The Telepathy Tapes," a powerful story of the mind's ability to experience the secrets of telepathic communication. One night, as I lay in bed after listening to the podcast, I looked over at this woodcut that suddenly seemed to resonate with joy and said, "Oh! It's The Hill!" The artwork's inner message finally, blissfully, breathed out. 

"The Hill" is the name the telepathic individuals interviewed on the podcast gave to the sacred, communal meeting space where their thoughts gathered to correspond in a joyful, fluid, and protected world that welcomed their suprahuman gifts in the hidden heights of nonspatial space. 

In the woodcut, the two figures are in telepathic communication, and behind them is the transcendental space, which is a continuous extension of the energetic, communicative forces that exist between all living things. It is a meeting ground that vibrates with meteoric energy and limitless potential, surpassing any particular form.
