**NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS**
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, the reduced number of international flights, and reduced customs and delivery staff in each country, service to most destinations has been slower than usual. As the situation is different for each region it is difficult to give estimates on how long delivery will take but in some cases it has taken up to 3 months. We recommend against placing orders at this time if quick delivery is required.
Uusi is not liable for any via missing or delayed shipments made via USPS First Class International Services. This service does not include insurance of any kind.
If a quicker and more reliable delivery service is desired, the UPS shipping options are for you. Please note that additional import fees may be incurred with this service.
Domestic, online orders are processed within 24-36 hours of order receipt. For all in-stock items we ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Weekend orders ship the following Monday. A shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking is sent once your package has been shipped.
All pre-order and special order items will ship as we receive them, therefore items ordered together may not be shipped together. In the event of an item being out of stock or on order, a UUSI team member will reach out directly with information.
Uusi offers USPS First-Class and Priority Mail Domestic and International services, and UPS Ground and International services.
Missing or lost orders must be notified to email@example.com within 7 days of expected or stated delivery date. If an order is marked as delivered but found to be missing, we recommend filing a claim with the service with which the package was shipped.

UUSI offers USPS First-Class Mail International, Priority Mail International, and UPS International services.
All international orders are subject to taxes, duties, and fees determined by the country they are shipped to. These are the responsibility of the recipient to pay, and will be sent to you by your country's Customs office once your package has arrived in its destination country.
Orders refused at the point of delivery, or for refusal to pay custom fees will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee of 10% of order cost. Return shipping charges can be significantly higher than the initial shipping cost, as they are returning via the open market cost and also have the unpaid custom fees attached.
Law requires us to list the full retail value of items ordered, and we are unable to send any package as a gift. On occasion, customs agents may open/inspect or delay delivery. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery receipt. Return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items must be sent back in original condition and packaging.

Damaged orders must be documented with photographs sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
Missing or lost orders must be notified to email@example.com within 7 days of expected or stated delivery date.
All prices are listed in USD, and all orders are processed in USD. To accurately estimate the final cost of your purchase we recommend checking the current exchange rate for your local currency.
Some banks collect a conversion fee for international transactions, please check with your bank for more information.
Orders over $2,500 in value may be held at customs until duties and fees are paid before being delivered, as required by law.
Returns and Exchanges
Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of order delivery or for store credit within 30 days of order delivery. All items must be in original packaging and condition. All refunds are credited to the original form of payment and store credit does not expire.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. UUSI does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to UUSI.

Should anything arrive damaged, please photograph the outside and inside of the box along with the damage and send to email@example.com. Do not throw away the box or damaged goods. All damage claims must be sent within 7 days of delivery.
TERMS AND PRIVACY
Uusi only collects information on our customers for the sole purpose of order tracking, record keeping of orders placed online, customer service, notification of any changes to our services, and as needed/required by law. This information is limited to Customer name, address, email, telephone number, and IP addresses. At no time does Uusi retain sensitive information such as credit card numbers.
Uusi will only contact you by phone in the event of a problem with a web order placed via uusi.us.
At the time of checkout you have the option of joining the Uusi mailing list. Uusi may occasionally send you email regarding new product lines and store information. You have the option to discontinue these emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You may close your Uusi account at any time, in which case we will permanently delete your account and all data associated with it.
Security and Privacy
Uusi respects your right to privacy. Uusi does not sell or share any personal information entered or collected while using our website.
At no time does Uusi collect information on specific customer browsing habits. Uusi also records your IP address at the time of check out to aid in the prevention and tracking of credit card fraud.
We do not intend to collect or knowingly collect information from children. We do not target children with our services.
If we believe information has been compromised or breached in any way we will notify the appropriate authorities as well as any person or persons thought to be affected.
